Celebrate the season with the fresh vibrancy of our Living Land Rosé. Crisp, lively, and beautifully balanced, this wine delights with aromas of red berries, watermelon, and a touch of citrus. It’s refreshing acidity and bright fruit character make it an ideal choice for festive lunches or a cheerful holiday toast.
Made from 100% organic Marquette grown on our Thompson Valley vineyards, where the cool nights help to lengthen the growing season of this early ripening variety. These vines are grown on scuitto soil, deep glaciolacustrine silty loam over volcanic bedrock. Fermentation and aging took place in stainless steel tanks to preserve aromatics and the bright pink colour produced from the teinturier grape.
Teinturier grapes are a rare type of grape with red flesh, not just red skin. Unlike most red grapes that contribute only skin color to a wine, teinturier grapes like Marquette add both color and richness, giving this Rosé its vibrant hue and enhanced fruit character. Marquette is also extremely cold hardy allowing it to flourish in our Thompson Valley vineyards.
