1. Legal Requirements

You must be of legal drinking age in your province of residence to receive alcoholic beverages from Monte Creek Winery. Receipt of shipments containing alcohol beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (of legal drinking age who is not intoxicated).

2. Personal Consumption

Wines purchased from Monte Creek Winery are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

3. Credit Card Charges

By signing up to become a member of the Monte Creek Winery Wine Club, you agree that:

• (a) your credit card will be billed according to your preferred membership options (either Red, White, or Mixed – 6 or 12 bottle) plus applicable shipping charges, on the scheduled club processing date (hereinafter referred to as “Shipment Month”);
• (b) you will receive and pay for 2 shipments annually, and will continue to do so unless you cancel according to cancellations terms below.

Price for each shipment (except for shipment charges) includes applicable federal and provincial taxes.

4. Cancellation Terms

If you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so before the scheduled club processing date.

You may only cancel after having paid for 2 shipments.

5. Member Commitment

You must keep your shipping and billing information accurate, as you will be responsible for any additional charges incurred due to any redirection of shipments.

Wine Club communication uses email; please ensure we have your current email on file and that we are on your approved list to receive emails, as we will use it to notify you of upcoming shipments.
