Sales Representative – Full Time Position

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Sales Representative for the Greater Okanagan and West Kootney region.  Monte Creek Ranch Winery has quickly become a major player in the BC wine industry and is seeking to find the right individual to join our exciting and dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing customer base and generate new business
• Have ability and confidence selling in both hospitality and retail channels
• Understand how to plan and strategize your territory to maximize sales opportunities and achieve objectives
• Optimize your given budget to produce sales and meet customer expectations
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
• Execute marketing objectives such as on packing and displays
• Participate in various sales events and trade shows

Job requirements

• Sales experience in beverage alcohol
• Wine knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record
• Be willing to work flexible hours and handle a busy workload
