Hand harvested from our Thompson Valley Vineyards (Monte Creek Ranch & Lion’s Head) the grapes were hand sorted and pressed before undergoing fermentation and 5 months of aging in stainless steel on lees.  Exclusively available at BC Liquor Stores and select restaurants.
