Winter Apple Sangria
Batch Style
- 1 bottle of Monte Creek Chardonnay
- 2 cups Apple Cider
- 1/8 tsp of Apple or Pumpkin Spice
- 1 apple, diced
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup of Ginger Ale
Mix together Chardonnay, Apple Cider, Apple Pie Spice, cinnamon sticks and diced apple and let sit overnight. When ready to serve add Ginger Ale and garnish with apple slices and more cinnamon sticks
Pomegranate Rosé Fizz
Single Glass
- 1 oz Chambord or other black raspberry liqueur
- 1 oz of Pomegranate Juice
- 3 oz Living Land Sparkling Rosé
Pour Chambord and Pomegranate juice into the bottom of a whine glass and top with Living Land Sparkling Rosé. Garnish with Cranberries and a Rosemary sprig
Blueberry Mulled Wine
Batch style
- 1 Bottle Blueberry Wine
- 1/2 Cup of Mulled Wine syrup (recipe follows)
- 1/4 Cup Triple Sec
Bring all ingredients to heat in a pan, garnish with dehydrated orange wheel and cinnamon sticks if desired
Mulled Wine Syrup
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 Star Anise
- 2 cloves
- Zest or peel from 1 lemon
- zest or peel from 1 orange
Place all ingredients in a pot and stir until sugar dissolves, bring to a boil. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes and then strain and cool.
Candy Cane Bliss
Single Glass
- 1 oz Candy Cane Vanilla Vodka (Recipe follows)
- 1 oz white Creme de Cacao
- 1/2 oz Non Dairy Creamer (we used Silk Half and Half but you can use your favourite or use 10% cream)
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and stir (or shake) until the shaker gets frosty on the outside. Strain into rocks glass
Candy Cane Vanilla Vodka
- 1 bottle Absolute Vanilla
- 1 cup candy canes or red & white pinwheels
Crush candy until it is in small chunks (either blitz in food processor or blender, or place in a ziptop bag and crush with a rolling pin or heavy pan). Mix together with vodka and let sit at least 30 minutes. The longer it sits the more minty the flavour will become and the pinker the vodka.
