Created in partnership with Sage + Plate, each pop-up dinner showcases a thoughtfully crafted menu inspired by the season and designed to celebrate the best of British Columbia’s local ingredients. From fresh produce and artisan products to expertly prepared dishes, every menu is uniquely curated to highlight the flavours of the season while pairing beautifully with Monte Creek wines.
As the sun sets over the vineyards and the South Thompson River, guests can relax and enjoy an unforgettable evening of exceptional food, award-winning wines, and breathtaking views. Whether you’re planning a date night, celebrating a special occasion, or gathering with friends, the Sage + Plate Pop-Up Dinner Series offers a one-of-a-kind culinary experience in the heart of the Thompson Valley.
Reservations are required and are available through event tickets priced at $25 per person. The best part? Your entire ticket price is returned to you as a $25 food and beverage credit, applied directly to your bill during the event. This reservation fee simply secures your seat and ensures you can enjoy the evening at your own pace while choosing from the evening’s featured menu and wine offerings.
There are three seperate seatings, so be sure to pick you desired time slot from the drop down menu on the next page – 6:30PM, 7PM and 7:30PM
With menus changing monthly and limited seating available, no two dinners are exactly alike. We encourage guests to reserve early and join us for an evening where exceptional cuisine, local wine, and spectacular scenery come together.
